Blue Tuxedo, So you want to wear Navy Blue Tuxedos? Whether you are going to Prom. a wedding, a quinceanera or a fabulous high class party there are a number of styles and colors that are really standing out this year. Business Insider reported that over half of Hollywood’s hottest men sported a midnight blue tuxedo at The Golden Globes in 2016. Men seem to be leaning toward the trend of more color, but muted colors, such as grays and dark reds.

What happened to Black Tuxedos?

Black tuxedos have become passé and men are wanting to stand out in a canvas of black here, black there, black tuxedos everywhere. The navy blue tuxedo is a compelling choice in tuxedo color because it gives a gentleman a chance to be unique while still being suitable for any semi-formal or formal event requirements.

Blue Tuxedo hostile takeover

The Slate blue tuxedo was at its highest popularity in the 1930’s. It took a decline toward the 1940’s, however, in 2016 the navy blue tuxedo rebounded as a fashion choice in tuxedos. Among the most popular tuxedo trends is the navy blue ‘Hudson’ tuxedo that has a beautiful black satin lapel and black satin besom pockets. It has a slim fit design that is sleek and elegant.

You would think that the powder blue tuxedo would have seen its demise in the late 60’s and early 70’s with the awful ruffled shirts. Not so, say fashionistas. The powder blue tuxedo is coming back with a vengeance. When you take a slim fit powder blue tuxedo with a black lapel and pair it with black slacks, black bow tie, and black cummerbund you have a timeless look that is definitely unique and will make you fashionable. I personally went to Prom in 1982 and the hottest tuxedo color then was Navy Blue. My family back in Michigan who own President Tuxedo mailed me out to Phoenix AZ a Navy blue tuxedo to wear to my prom. My late Uncle was the best. I took it to have it pressed after I took it out of the box and I was a sharp looking prom goer.

Grey Tuxedo is the trend

In a field of black, a gray tuxedo is definitely a hot tuxedo! A recent Tuxedo blog called gray tuxedos the “Icing on the Cake”. You want a look that is elegant and tasteful, yet catches the eye. Gray is just the trick. It is decadent without being ostentatious. There are so many great shades of gray, from a graphite gray to a light gray, a medium gray with a print and a steel gray, there are wide choices of gray in any hue to fit your skin tone. Maybe this is why Gray Tuxedos have made such a big hit the last year or so, can you believe it was brown Tuxedos before this? What tuxedo color will be the next more popular?

For men with blonde hair and a light skin tone, a dark gray tuxedo is just the trick to making the skin tone and blonde hair pop. Dark gray has the versatility to go with any skin tone and men with brown hair and medium tones look sexy in a dark gray tux. For men with darker olive or brown skin tones and black hair, a light gray suit is so elegant and dashing.

Tuxedo Rental for Fall Weddings

Tags :

Summer is an amazing time of the year. And that is for a whole lot of reasons. The warmth, the blue sky… It’s borderline magical. Sometimes the heat of summer gets so much, it makes you begin considering the benefits of fall. Some couples looking to tie the knot this year are probably thinking the same thing. Well, fall weddings are just around the corner and the time to pick your wedding tuxedo is now.

Vibrantly colored leaves. Leaves falling. Crisp air. Cool day. The sweet smell of burning leaves in the distance. Halloween. Home coming. Clear blue skies.

They all make up that awesome beautiful autumn backdrop you crave in a Fall Wedding.

Bride and Groom

Let us help you match the groom’s tuxedo accents to the wedding color scheme! Cummerbunds, ties, pocket squares, and more; we have a huge collection of colors for even the pickiest bride’s theme! Our high-quality tuxedos will make your future husband look the best he ever has. He’ll look so great in a fitted suit rental you’ll beg him to buy it or start wearing at least a suit more often!

Bridal Party

Match your groomsmen to the bridesmaids or have one side of the party in one color from the theme and the other half of the party in another. You can even try a multi-colored approach! Choose a few different colors and pair off groomsmen and bridesmaids for a rainbow affect or any combination of colors in the color spectrum. The only limit is your imagination! Tuxes or suits, the groomsmen will look amazing without outshining the bride or groom. Try a classic look or something more modern!

Guests

Wearing a suit to a wedding is generally accepted. You can’t go wrong with a basic black-and-white ensemble for a wedding. Try a little pop of color for weddings in summer. Try a pink shirt, a baby-blue tie, a yellow pocket square, or ask an associate at Rose Tuxedo what’s popular this summer! Avoid a tuxedo unless told otherwise. Reserve the tuxes for the groom and his men on this special day.

Rent vs. Purchase

Renting a tuxedo is always a great idea. Most people don’t have many occasions to wear a tux, so renting is a great option. You can buy a suit if you wish, but really, how often would you wear one? Renting from Rose Tuxedo is good for your wallet and your style.

A suit, however, can be worn for so many occasions and can be dressed up or down. If you’re a wedding guest and you have several to attend to this summer it may be cost effective to purchase a basic, classic suit and stock up on some colorful shirts, ties, and other accessories so you can attend even the nicest wedding at the last second. Dress it up with a vest or tone it down by losing the tie or leaving the coat at home.

Get your suits from Rose Tuxedo and celebrate with your friends and family members in their union. Help them make that occasion one to remember for a very long time. We also offer men’s warehouse style of purchasing.

In-Stock Inventory or Online shopping?

Tags :

Sometime last year we discussed about in-stock inventory and online shopping as it concerns tuxedo rentals and we want to revisit that today.

The major line separating in-stock inventory from online shopping is the issue of urgency. Let’s explain. There are times in your life when you need something right away and not three weeks from now. One of those times could be when your plumbing in your home fails and you need a licensed plumber to come out and repair your pipes before everything in your home floods. Another time could be when your car broke down and you need a spare tire in order to get to work on time and prevent being fired. One time that most people take for granted is a spur of the moment need for a tuxedo or a suit. It happens all year with Groom Tuxedo, Prom tux rentals and all kinds of black tie affairs. in-stock-inventory500

Thinking to the last time that I needed a tuxedo, I think about taking a girl to prom and asking her out at the last minute and being told that no one in the whole area had an available tux in my size. I recall showing up to her home in a suit that was too big for me and looking like a complete fool. I remember going to a wedding a few years back and the men who were attending the wedding, all looked like they ordered their suits straight off the internet. Some of them had suits on too big or too small or in a color which did not suit them well…Yes, I used a pun there. It was solely intentional. in-stock tuxedos

I opted to search the whole internet for a business which could provide me with a suit last minute and check into just how much it would cost me in order to get a suit spur of the moment. Sure, there were plenty of places however many of them also charged an arm and leg in order to make that happen. I want to know that when I am looking for something, that I am not going to break the bank when purchasing or renting something like a tuxedo. I mean let’s face it, its not like its an everyday item which I am going to need. It’s not like I would even use it more than once likely in a couple years time. Not many people do unless they are lawyers or professionals of the like. tuxedos at Rose Tuxedo

At Rose Tuxedo, I established that there are more than just one location in which I can order from or who are able to help me find what I am looking for. They have nearly every size you could think of or need for that matter. There is no rush fee that is needed to be paid in order to get what you need and they are able to offer not only your everyday tux but also tuxedo’s which are highly uncommon. We even take care of Men’s Wearhouse last minute Grooms Attire alterations that they can’t do because all their tuxedos come from out of state. wanted

There is a need for people to rent tuxedo’s for other events such as weddings, funerals, business meetings and get together. There is no set type of tux that you have to adhere too. Prom is a popular time of year and so is homecoming. Teens will work hard to be able to show up looking like a million bucks in order to impress the girl they are taking to prom in hopes that it leads to much better things or to at least show up in prom court. If you have an extra slim figure, just know that they even carry those lines of tuxes. I know how hard it can be to find a tuxedo that is slim enough for a slim guy, lets face it, not all men are big and brawny.inventory

If you need the tuxedo for more than just one day, well there are even weekend rental rates which will allow for you to keep your tux from Thursday until Monday for no extra charge. If you are requiring the tuxedo for a longer period of time, heck, they even offer that. All you have to do is speak to someone about the amount of time that you are requiring the item. Its really that simple. The Arizona Heart Ball was this weekend and we had over 5 last minute tuxedo rentals on the same day, you can’t do that with online tuxedo rentals and no rush charge and cheap tuxedo rentals than online. www.rosetuxedo.com Good luck and best wish with all your tuxedo rentals and suit rentals for all occasions.

How to Get the Right Tuxedo and Look Sharp in it

Tags :

Black tuxedos weren’t created by God, they were manufactured by humans. Although with the level of fine artistry done by  designers like Calvin Klein, Jean Yves, Christine Dior, Ralph Lauren, Perry Ellis, After Six, and Perrier Cardin, it is kind of hard to tell.

Those are all top name designers of tuxedos. And when you’ve got to look razor-sharp for your prom, wedding, charity events, or you just want to hit the Casino looking like James Bond, you call for tuxedos. But – But it is one thing to put on a designer tuxedo and it’s another to look great in it.

How do you dress to look sharp in a tuxedo?

There are a few things you need to pay attention to when choosing the right tuxedo for yourself. First is to rent tuxedo at a good tuxedo rental where your look is actually being given priority. Example of such tuxedo rental companies is Rose tuxedo AZ. Then look at the shoulders, make sure they don’t jut out. Check the back of the suit jacket, make sure it falls in a straight line when you button up. To be sure you have the right fit, the fabric around the abdomen should be close your body but not tight.
Make sure you have the right length of both the jacket and trousers. It shouldn’t be too long and it shouldn’t be too short. If you are a little overweight, keep the lapel shape to a notch as it will make your body shape seem longer.
A traditional tuxedo normally has one-button fastening. This should stay closed at all times while standing to accentuate the natural form of the body. A 2-button, single breasted suit, when seated, the jacket should be undone for better comfort. If it has two button jacket, only fasten the top button. For a three button jacket, the last button should never be done up.

Some think it is no more important, but using a cummerbund and waistcoat ro cover your waistline is essential for looking razor-sharp in a tuxedo.

And as for the cuffs, half an inch should be visible below the sleeve hem of your tuxedo jacket, just enough to get a glimpse of your cufflinks.

When you face the decision whether to buy a tuxedo or rent one, well, here is my advice to you: Tuxedos are worn once in a long while to special occasions (for example, you only get married once – hopefully) so why spend that huge amount of money on a one-time use? Its more economical to rent tuxedos. But if you’re worried about the fit, stop. You don’t have to worry about the fit when you have Rose tuxedos.
